Ground and access
Placing a porta potty on Cynthiana ground
The South Fork of the Licking River runs right through Cynthiana, west of downtown. The 1997 flood caused major damage. Low lots near the river need the highest spot, and farm lanes get soft in spring. Tell us about grades, gravel, gates and soft ground when you call, and send a photo of the spot by text.
See the 9-point placement checklist and, from December to February, the winter service guide.
