Can you deliver a porta potty today?
Same-day porta potty delivery is available in Richmond and across Madison County when a unit and a nearby truck are free. Calling by late morning gives the best odds, since routes are set early. Towns 40 or more miles out are often set first thing the next morning.
The person who answers checks dispatch while you stay on the line. You hear a yes or a next-morning time before you hang up.
What do you need from me for a same-day order?
A same-day order needs 5 things: the exact address or a map pin, the unit type, a phone number for the person on site, any gate code, and a card to book. A photo of the drop spot by text saves the driver time and gets you set faster.
- Address or map pin
- Standard, sink, accessible or hand wash
- On-site contact phone
- Gate code, dogs, low wires
- Card to book

Call now. We check the truck schedule while you hold.
Does same-day delivery cost more?
Same-day delivery can add a rush charge because the driver bends an existing route. The charge depends on distance and how full the route is. Booking 1 or 2 business days out usually avoids it. Your quote shows the rush charge as its own line.
Which emergencies need a toilet today?
The most common same-day needs are a septic backup, a dead well pump, a water main break, a vendor who did not show up, a crew starting tomorrow, and a venue whose restrooms failed. Each one gets a standard unit first. Hand wash stations can ride along.

Same-Day Porta Potty Rental in Richmond: questions before you book
Can you give me an exact arrival time?
Same-day units arrive within a window, not at a set minute. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving. You can ask for a morning drop in the order notes.
Do you deliver same day on Saturday?
Saturday same-day delivery depends on which drivers are working. Call as early as you can. If a Saturday drop is not possible, the unit goes out Monday morning.
What if no one is on site?
The site can be empty when the spot is open and marked. Leave a cone or text a photo. The driver texts a photo when the unit is set.
Can I get a hand wash station today too?
A hand wash station can ride on the same truck. Say so on the call so it gets loaded.
