Ground and access
Placing a porta potty on Beattyville ground
Beattyville sits where the forks join the Kentucky River, and downtown flooded badly in 2021 and 2025. Hilltop sites like Happy Top stay dry but have steep access roads. County roads run along ridges and narrow valleys. Tell us about grades, gravel, gates and soft ground when you call, and send a photo of the spot by text.
